Big shout out to John and his team at High Tech Roofing. We called for an estimate on a Tuesday and had a new roof in place by Friday. John's estimate was detailed and fair, and when he knew we were anxious to get it done quickly, he volunteered to pick up the shingles same day instead of waiting for the normal three day delivery. His crew, led by Jimmy, was terrific, and they managed to get the roof replaced and everything cleaned up in one day (and a short one at that given it was December). John was super helpful and explained everything along the way, and was also very accessible throughout. We would highly recommend!

I need a roof repair. I request the quote on Angi.com and receive the call in couple minute. He came out around noon and complete the work same day. They did Amazing work and accurate. Very professional company.

High Tech quoted the job at a very reasonable price, started & finished the project within one week of being selected. Returned same day to fix ouch list items.

I asked the guys to come over to evaluate a leak I had in my roof in LBI. They were great to work with through the entire process. They kept me informed of what they encountered. They made the repairs at a reasonable cost and I was happy with the work. What more can you ask for?

On 6-17-19 High Tech redid my flat garage roof for $1900. I dealt with *John*. Roof had 2 leaks at the time. All work is supposedly guaranteed for 10 years. On 11/22/19 I called after a few November rains as my initial leaks were back. I was told someone would be out on 11/26/19. I had no shows on 11/26, 12/5, and 12/7/19. I spoke with John on 8/31/20 and he said he would be out in a few days. I e-mailed the leak details to him on 8/31 and 9/1/20. I mailed details on 9/3/20 and e mailed again on 12/3/20. On 12/3 20 I got a short e mail response with a new phone number for them (892-6644). I called this number on 12/4/20 and left a voice mail. I also emailed once again. On 12 /4 John called me and said he would stop and look. He came, looked, and said someone would be out on 12/8/20. No one called or came. My roof is now about 1 1/2 years old. On 01/7/21 John advised someone would come on 1/9/21. One employee came and went up on my roof with 1 can of roof tar/rubber? After about an hour he came down and advised that all should be good now. On 2/3/21 I called to advise High Tech that my roof was leaking once again. In addition, the roof was leaking in 2 new areas (now have 4 leaks). On 2/8/21 I called and got no response. My wife called on 2/15/21 and left a message. Again no response. I made one final call at end of February and left a voicemail. I advised that I would be speaking with an attorney and going to the Better Business Bureau (where they are not rated). I also advised I would be looking into court action. I never heard anything from High Tech. This has turned into a complete nightmare: No shows, No returned calls. Here I am 28 months since my roof work, still leaking and putting buckets or pans out during heavy rains. I will have to pay another roofer to correct these problems, but I have just begun my interaction/reports with High Tech. I guess many people just give up and eat the failed roof work. Good luck contracting here.

They repaired our roof in June of 2020. A Person named John did the deal for us. We have had problems and we called them and they responded one time and John said his Mother made him show up because we left them bad feedback. Since then we have contacted them 2 times and they said they will respond and they never call of show up as they said they would. We called them on 9/2/2021 @ 8:41am. and spoke with John. We advised him that we have a roof leaking into our home in the area that High Tech repaired. He stated he would be out Thursday or Friday. As of today 9/7/2021, he has not responded or called us. We called and left a message on 9/4/21. We have not had a reply as of today 9/7/2021. We signed a contract with them and they gave a written guarantee for repairs. At this point we have another roofer responding for the job. We will file with the BBB and file a Court Claims Complaint. DO NOT HIRE THIS HIGH TECH COMPANY !! Sincerely, John E. We hired this co to replace our roof on our shopping Centre in Hammonton Nj we paid them 57000$ that was in March of 2020 we have had leaks in 4 of the stores and he never comes back to the Centre .and if he does they continue to leak do not do business with this disreputable co as they are crooks

Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and punctual. Pricing was reasonable and offered more than one option for repairing the roof. The job was completed in a timely manner and we were updated throughout the entire process. It was a pleasant experience overall.
