I had a leak on my roof in the dormer area.When the repair was estimated I was told it would be a half day repair and some shingles would probably be replaced. The estimate of 700.00 was given by Tony without going on to the roof to look for a problem. Tony arrived the following day went on to the roof and discovered it was a simple repair that took one hour. He still wanted $ 700.00 when I complained about the price he took $100.00 off since he did not use the shingles that he purchased for the job. I felt the charge was unreasonable.

First off would like to apologize for any inconvenience that was experienced, but the project did consist of 3 employees being on the job site for over 2 hours, the roof was over 2 stories high on a sever pitch, the most important thing is the leak has been fixed. Everything that was in the contract was done as promised the costumer was upset because the repairs was done within few hours, he believed it should of took longer, I had 3 men on the job including myself, the most important thing is the leaks were repaired and roof is now water right.

I received a return call within 5 minutes of sending an email (Sunday morning) requesting an estimate and two days later the job was completed. They did not try to sell me more than I needed and didn't require an up front deposit. Because it was my vacation home I was unable to be there to inspect the job so Tony sent me pictures of each phase of the project. I would highly recommend Tony and his team.

There is damage inside the house where the roof leaked. And he is planning on taking the sheet rock down, putting new up, sanding and painting the area.
