Very responsive and accommodating!

Colin came out to give us an estimate and we were immediately impressed with his professionalism and honesty. Although we had other estimates scheduled we knew this was the company for us. The crew arrived and were pleasant, respectful and very professional. They did a great job and I couldn't be happier! This is a wonderful company. Bobby Smith, salesman and on-site engineer, is amazing. He made me feel like I was his most important customer and kept me informed every step of the way. When I called him, he promptly called me back. They finished the job on time as promised and did a beautiful job. However, I would caution you NOT to have the concrete sealed immediately but to wait at least a month until it is fully dry. There is a new product that supposedly can be used immediately after the concrete is poured. I elected to try the product and greatly regret having done so. I will have to have it re-sealed.
