Had to call several times to get a quote. When they came to do the job they started to do the job in a different way than had been explained from the person who gave the quote. I had to stop the job and have a discussion with the office on the procedure of doing the paving. They agreed to do it as quoted, but not without resistance on their side.

I made a contract to replace my asphalt driveway. when it came time to start the work, I was told I was getting an overlay.I checked my contract and there was no mention of overlay.I have tried to reach them with no luck. The salesman said the quote was for an overlay. HIS MISTAKE. wHAT RECOURSE DO i HAVE? i DEFIINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

High Standard offers every option available to customers. There was a misunderstanding and we regret that. When the contract was signed, the customer refused to give a down payment which nullifies a contract and the customer refused to give a plat of survey to submit to the city for permit approval so that we could begin the work. Most importantly, we never performed ANY work for this person.

Our driveway looks wonderful. THe crew was very nice and they worked very hard. We are quite pleased with the entire project. We would recommend High Standard to our friends.

Workers did a great job. They were polite, hardworking and answered any last minute questions. They cleaned the job site and the street of any stones. This is a very professional company. I love my new driveway. Received a number of positive comments from the neighbors.
