Sam, was amazing. Extremely methodical and went through the house piece by piece. The report is over 30 pages long. Very helpful in knowing what was urgent for asking for repair before closing and what we need to address right away once we move in that weren’t major, but will definitely help with the house not having issues down the road.

Sam is a great person to work with! He explained all that he would be doing to complete the inspection. During the inspection Sam pointed out some of the major issues and helped me understand what to be aware of.
