Contractor and father and workmen showed up on Monday June 1, 2026 around 1 p.m. contractor was paid $3000 cash and workman began his work. At that time Chris left and the workmen was left on his own. After a couple of hours or so I went outside to check on the workman was doing ok and if he needed some water and everything was ok. Then I started feeling for him as it was over 100 degrees and he was doing the job all alone. Made a call to Henry Stewart and asked if he would be coming tomorrow to finish? Had to be around 3 or 4 o clock. Also I asked Stewart why is he all by himself? Answer was that s tee way he wanted it. So the workman could make more money. Well the workman finished alright and left a mess and his sunglasses. So called Stewart again to let him know about the glasses and if he could come by tomorrow to pick them up and finish checking out the job. Haven t seen them since. Have communicated on the phone and I have proof of a verbal payout for $750. Said they were going to drop off a check on Friday June 5th 2026. No such luck so call both Stewart s and left messages to call me. Didn t happen. The workman in my opinion not skilled enough for this job, however he seemed like a good person.

Everyone I speak to has told me I was over charged. I really don't know. The work was good. The customer service was good. The worker was good. Charles was very nice . But I keep thinking about people saying the job should have costed around $650.00 to $800.00., I was charged $1800.00. I'm a widow so I have to depend on other's honestly. I just don't know what to think or believe. Well see how well things were done after the first rain fall. Guess I will never know about the money.

They showed up on time, evaluated the situation quickly and offered to start the job the same day. Charles and his father (owners) were very professional and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales or BS. My roof was hit by a micro burst of air that left a big hole on my roof. Tiles were matched up nicely and the job was done within hours of the estimate. Communication was great. Overall, this crew did a fantastic job and I will use them again in the future.
