    Shawn was very thorough checking out the condo I was buying. Took his time explaining things that I didn't understand and has been available night or day if I had additional questions. His photos were very helpful also. Very professional and I would highly recommend him.

    Shawn was very thorough. He took time to explain things and answer questions. He took lots of pictures which was helpful after reviewing so much detail. The pictures helped us to remember the various points and issues. The report was sent to us less than 24 hours after the inspection. We were VERY impressed and would highly recommend Shawn to anyone needing a home inspection.

    Excellent and trustworthy. Detailed work, very helpful with when answering questions. We lived 4 hours away and weren't able to be at the inspection. Shawn was a blessing to have as our inspector while in the process of buying our vacation home.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
