Shawn from Hemlock Homes was very thorough. EVERYTHING is in the report. No one can say he left anything out. He covered even the tiniest detail. The to-do list is massive for the home I want to purchase. We knew that going in but there were also things we didn't know that he found which gave us an opportunity to add to the list of things we want financed into our purchase.
