I had new, larger downspouts installed as well as the mesh screens all around my existing gutters. Communication was pretty good, considering we had a couple of rainouts that impacted completion. Though a little pricey, product quality and workmanship seems to be excellent and worth the money with a lifetime, transferable warranty. Ask me again in a few years after we've gone through some heavy rains.
