Write a ReviewUsed cars salesman mentality Damaged my gutters while installing gutter guards. Over charged me and claimed I was trying to get a discount when I informed the salesman of the damages done to my gutters. On the plus side, they did replace the damaged gutters and gutter guards and apologized for calling me a liar after I sent pictures of the damages. Shop around. I'm sure that there must be more professional companies out there who dont treat customers or potential customers this way.
Not sure if we damaged these gutters or if they we already damaged; nevertheless, we not only cleaned the gutters, but we sealed them with our 50-year tripolymer sealant, we installed over 100 new hidden hanger support brackets where there were none before, we re-aligned them so they would flow properly, we repaired some damaged areas, then we installed micro-mesh gutter protection with a lifetime transferable warranty. The next day customer noticed some damage, which we returned and installed 72 feet of brand new 5-inch gutter and carried away the debris. We gave this customer a 10% discount and the another 5% discount because he asked (found a coupon) and yes, the installer did make an uncalled for comment, but this customer was obviously offended by the comment, and for that we are truly sorry, but that comment does not reflect the views of the owners or managers. We think our service, our value and especially our quality, should be determine by just that, and not by the comments of some employee.

The customer service was pretty good and they showed up at the scheduled time. My complaint is that I think it cost too much for the 15 minutes that they were at my home and my downspout gutter that was installed was not mounted straight at my house.
Hi Patrick, unfortunately, your project fell into our minimum trip fee category. It was a small job, but if we send a crew to repair something, there are costs associated with driving to your home, sending a licensed, bonded, and insured crew is not cheap.
i would recommend them because they were on time and the job was completed in a very short time and i am very pleased with the installation.

Quality is illustrated in the pictures, Service demonstrated in workman promising to come back with more men and a scaffold leaving my gutter ripped from the house subjecting my wood exposed to rain (since first week of April), value is a negative when I purchased the material for the gate which I am going to replace, overall it all just stinks your people are not pros by any means and your company does not and will not get my recommendation which I will put on our neighborhood website.
Robert, we are very sorry about your experience. We repaired the fence, but the technician was not equipped to repair that hanging off gutter. You were not charged for the gutter as we did no work on the gutter. Had you contacted the office and voiced your concerns, we would have dispatched a more equipped technician, but thank you for the opportunity. Sorry again we could not assist.
