Recommend getting multiple estimates prior to signing work order and reviewing contract prior to giving payment. Gutter was installed on time and appears correct. However contract did not include gutter installation requested that was used to avoid fixing an issue that was stated as requiring additional cost to fix. Contract had 2 lines drawn for gutter installation that did not include elbow from roof downspout that was stated as part of installation when agreed to work. I did not get multiple estimates resulting in paying too much for gutter installation.

We recommend always getting multiple estimates, which shows we're providing top-notch service and quality materials at great prices to our customer... here the customer is happy with the installation and customer service but did not get multiple estimates and somehow is blaming our company by-way-of a bad review. These are the type of customers that companies like us try to avoid. They cannot be pleased and blame their own mistakes on others. We would not recommend this customer to any business.

I was getting this done for an elderly woman and asked for an estimate so I could explain it to her but they talked to her and got a check from her. I was going to get a couple of more estimates. The receipt could have been more detailed stating parts used and how many feet.they did great work.

They quote ridiculously high so you must negotiate a 50% cut in the original quote AT A MINIMUM!
