Hector is just one hell of a great guy! He is responsive, He called me back the very same day I inquired. And he was available to come to my home to give me an estimate that same day! He is very detailed in explaining not only what the problem may be, but in also giving you options on how to fix the problem. He is not a â my way or the highway type person at all. He great because he gives you options and the best cost saving ways to fix the problem And leaves the decision on how to fix the problem up to you. When face with a home problem, having different options on how he can fix, it is the most great customer service qualities to have hiring a company for help! AND, He was able to do the work I needed later that day!! He had another job in the area, and that gave me time to run to the store to get what I needed, and then he came back and completed the work!! He went out of his way to offer to come back in the evening to complete the work, when he could have gone home for the night. The work we needed, was not emergency work And he still went out of his way to be able to help us the very same day!! That is just amazing customer service!! AND, Hector services are very reasonably priced, and the work he did was worth every penny! AND, He is an awesome cool guy whose got a great sense of humor That makes it very easy to get along with him and welcome him into your home to do the work you need! He was the first one I spoke to about the work I needed And I immediately felt comfortable with him when he came to the home for an estimate That I never bothered to call anybody else. And I am so glad it worked out that way! For all those reasons, Hector will now always remain my go to handyman for whatever future work I may need done!! Call him first, and you may feel the very same way I do!! I will happily sing his praises, and recommend him to any one and everyone I may come in contact with!!
