Where to start??? Hector did not show up or call on our first agreed upon day and time.. took it as a misunderstanding (it happens) sad thing was, he did not even remember me or setting up the first meeting. He contacted me ,again..set another time to meet for an estimate on my projects.. Because of my schedule, had to wait a week. Agreed on a day, time and price of my projects.. day of, Hector arrived by 9:00am, after 1.5hrs, he left and didn't return for 2 hours.. Returned to work 30 minutes.. Was seen sitting outside on my porch swing, and then left again. One hour later he texted me to notify0 me that an electrician and another person was coming to start the electric and storage project in 15-20 minutes.. It has now been 5.5 hours and the ONLY thing that was done, was the top of the bay window seat was opened up (was to be turned into a storage). His crew did not show up until almost 3:30... Of course by then I am irritated and annoyed with the lack of progress and lack of communication as to why it was taking so long to get anything going. Hector finally returned at almost 4:00, and when asked if everything was going to be done by 6:00pm, he wanted to talk about payment, he saw that I was irritated, and asked why... Hector came at me with the shittiest attitude... Like it was my fault it took him all day to do nothing!!!... If he had other things to do or that his crew was not able to come sooner... Let me know... We could have worked something out... But he was on my time that I was paying for!!! By that time it had been 7 hours.. Storage was not even half way done.. Materials not even purchased for the project. Electrician finished and did what I asked... Except I cancelled another electrical project that I wanted done... Just to get them out. But because the storage project was already started and I was not about to leave it open and unfinished, I agreed to let them come back in the morning to finish, but said they had to be out by noon. They came back the next morning and finished by 11:00... It took a total of about 6.5 of actual work hours in 2 days, but took up about 11 hours of my time!!! I'm not in the habit of telling people how to run their business, but I had to tell Hector that he needs to work on his customer service skills.. Because his sucks!!!.. Like he was doing me a favor! Needless to say, I won't be using him again!

ometimes customers forget that when they hire me they hire me for a project not for the hours that the customer thinks I'm going to be working. if the customer had an idea that the job takes one day then that means the customer should do it themselves they wouldn't hire me to do the job if it only took few hours. once the customer sees that the project only takes few hours and I charge them the amount that I charge them customers feel that they get ripped off they don't think about the profession that I do the time that I went to school to learn this so others can appreciate it. if I brought an electrician to do electricity it's because you -
