Jimmy was very professional, he arrived at my house early. He inspected my fireplace , he told me that my fireplace had no problem. I asked him if I should have it cleaned, he told me it was not that bad, but it was up to me. I appreciated his honesty so I figured since he is here he should go ahead and clean it. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Jimmy was very prompt and knowledgeable about wood stoves. He answered all of my questions and provided ways to address future problems if they occur. I will contact him next year for our yearly cleaning!

Very nice man. Did good job with suctioning out dryer vent. My roof is high pitched and he did not have ladder to clean out roof vent. Said he will come back as I expect he will. This was partially my fault for not telling him in advance.
