Hawk Chimney Sweep and Dryer Vent Cleaning

Owner Jimmy Hawkins fixed the damper problem and answered questions I had concerning our gas fireplace. He also cleans clothes dryer vents. We'll be calling him soon to perform that task. A very nice man.

I felt like Jimmy was very knowledgeable and professional. He returned my phone calls in a timely fashion (same day) and scheduled around my my schedule, and showed up on time, and did the work in less than an hour. He inspected the chimney and provided suggestions for my cracked brick and mortar, but did not try to push me into having to have a professional come in and complete patch work (said it was not difficult to complete the work myself). I felt like he was very honest guy to have your chimney inspected and cleaned.
