They were understanding when I missed my 1st appointment. They put the customer first. Very honest. My back wall and sides were in very good condition. He did not try to over sell me or take advantage. I saved over $400 because the walls of my fireplace were in good shape. AMEN!

He responded to my request within the hour (on a Sunday). He scheduled for Wednesday, I couldn't keep the appointment so I rescheduled and he met me first thing the next morning. Got right to work, explained all the perameters of the chimney and was very thorough.

I would definitely hire and recommend Jimmy and Hawk fireplace cleaning again..

Quick and easy

This guy did not cover a single thing in my house and since he did not contain any of the soot it is now going to cost me at least another $400 for a professional clean, top to bottom, plus all windows. There is soot on everything in my house. If he'd have warned us we would have tried to cover some of the things we could. That still wouldn't have helped because the soot was all over floors, windows, ceiling fans, blinds, all decor , EVERYTHING! I am thankful, however, I have hardwoods and tile throughout and not carpet. Definitely not worth the $ since it will cost me more $ in the end. Grrrr
