Write a ReviewToday I had Roy from Hart’s plumbing come by to replace leaking outside hose bib. It had been leaking for the last three weeks. Very pleased with his professional attitude and experience. He knew exactly what was needed and completed the work very quickly. He was helpful giving tips on how to winterize our outdoor faucet. He also helped clear a clogged shower drain. Thank you Roy for your hard work!!!
Excellent service. Thanks, I wanted to give you 6 STARS rather than 5
Thank you Harts Services for being prompt with my request. From the moment that I called, they were able to schedule a technician to come the next morning. Our technician John L, was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on with our septic system. I would highly recommend them for any issues.
Kenny Brazier was on time and professional. He explained that the dryer and washing machine were on the same breaker; he installed a separate breaker for each circuit. Harts also followed up with appt. to look at my furnace. Would recommend to anyone.
Hart installed a gas line extension from our furnace to our kitchen for a gas stove. Very professional. Great installation.
A bit expensive but worth it. The direct bore installation worked perfectly!
After buying new appliances from Costco, the installers would not hook up due to leaking valves. Called Harts, and after having to reschedule a couple of times, they finally sent a plumber who fixed one (just under $200 to sweat a new valve) but claimed the 2nd one was not leaking. I rescheduled installation on appliance, and installers again said it was leaking. I called Harts again to complain. They sent out the same technician, again claimed there's no leak, but was willing to charge $1700-$2000 to cut a small section of sheetrock, replace the box, sweat a new valve, and patch the wall (no paint, of course). I pulled out my old appliance and disconnected the water line. Lo and behold, the valve was still leaking. I'm not sure I would trust them going forward. I can do sheetrock for less than the $1500-$1800 upcharge and paint it myself. I'm a retired veteran, licensed electrician, and work in construction. I'm pretty sure this is nothing more than a way to gouge customers. I'm pretty sure after reading other online reviews and responses that some Business Manager is going to respond with "someone will call you." It does not change bad business practices.
Hello Howard, we are sorry that your expectations were not met. A manager has reached out directly to discuss further.
Had interlock with outlet for generator installed $1300. Feel like the upgrade was on the high end.
Shane, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy that we were able to resolve your electrical issue, and we thank you for choosing Harts!
I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Harts HVAC technicians. On June 5, a technician from the company inspected my HVAC system and confirmed that all components, including the start capacitor for the air conditioning unit, were operational. The only problem identified was a non-functional thermostat, which I replaced based on the technicianĂƒÂ¢Ă‚ Ă‚ s recommendation. Despite the replacement, the system failed to start. I reached out to the company again, and on June 19, a different technician was sent. I was previously informed that this would be a follow-up service at no extra cost. However, I was unexpectedly billed $138 for the visit. The technician managed to get the heating running but not the air conditioning. After a quick inspection, it was determined that the previously ĂƒÂ¢Ă‚ Ă‚ functionalĂƒÂ¢Ă‚ Ă‚ capacitor has somehow failed between the two visits, even though the system was completely turned off.. The second technician recommended a replacement of the capacitor for $400, a staggering amount considering the partĂƒÂ¢Ă‚ Ă‚ s actual cost is around $10, and the labor involved was minimal since the old capacitor had already been removed. A couple of days later I was quoted 1/4 the price the Harts technician quoted me for this simple job. This incident raises concerns about the companyĂƒÂ¢Ă‚ Ă‚ s pricing practices, which appear to be both unfair and predatory. I urge potential customers to be wary of engaging with this company. The inconsistency in service and the unreasonable charges suggest a lack of transparency, empathy, and fairness in their business operations. Harts Services lost a much more lucrative business opportunity for a much larger electric project due to this very negative experience with their technicians. ItĂƒÂ¢Ă‚ Ă‚ s advisable to seek services elsewhere to avoid similar experiences.

Excellent communication throughout the process, job completed just as desired - would hire again without hesitation.
