The job was to replace the existing wood porch railings with vinyl railings and add soffits. The work and professionalism were great. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I am very satisfied with the work and the quality of the material. The only part of the experience that I did not care for was the sales. They are one of those companies that you have to listen to their spiel about the quality of their products before you can get a quote. I understand the necessity, it is just that it takes three or four hours out of your evening to get a quote. Despite that, the salesman was personable, pleasant and informative and if it wasn't for the amount of time I probably would not have even mentioned it. In short, they offer a high quality vinyl that they guarantee will last and not discolor. The company was professional and I am very satisfied. You get what you pay for. If you do not want to pay a premium price for higher quality material and professionalism, or if you do not want to spend three or four hours to get a quote then this company is not for you. However, if you can spend the time, and want a good product this company may suit your needs. I would recommend them to others. In fact, I am going to eventually get a new vinyl garage door and entry door from this company. I just have to do it a little at a time because of the cost.

I wasn't too happy with them. I think they are a little overpriced and they had this kind of a game they play like once they get into your house, you can't get them out. After you say you don't want them then they put somebody else on the phone and that person is trying to convince you to get something you don't want. It was a real hassle. They quoted me a wrong estimate and came back and said it was more expensive than what they had quoted the first time. It wasn't really a good experience. I did get the work done by them because that was the only way I could get rid of them. I think I paid around $8,700 and it would have been a lot more, but they lowered it. What they did was they gave me a cheaper version for more money and I refused so they gave me the better version for less money. It wasn't until I got on Angie's List that I've known some things existed. If I had known, I would have gotten a roof inspector. They have that on Angie's List where they come and check your roof and do a little bang-bang here and there if you need it, but I wasn't aware it existed. I went on Angie's List and saw roof repair and by that time I had already put a new roof on. When I went to their timeline, I found that people were complaining about the same thing that I am complaining about like the hard sell.

Products were very good. Salesman did talk other companies. However, service and installation were good.
