The insulation was put in quickly and efficiently. The spray-on heat shield took 5 weeks to get put in after 20 phone calls.
It's only been a couple of weeks so it's hard to judge the quality and no further mentions of the free tablet offer BUT the installer did a great job! Daily clean up was excellent and job was done quickly and looks great. Sales did a very good job explaining the options. In a year if I take this survey again I would expect all 5's.
Not happy with the time it took to complete the job, I see tabs of shingles missing, clean-up was poor. Lost pieces of my soffit, fortunately I had some here(20yrs old wouldn't have found soffit to match), took a section of chainlink fence down and lost parts to it. Granted the job was done in the winter but 3 1/2 weeks is a little long when the weather wasn't that bad, overall not a happy customer.
We had a lot of problems with the measurements of some of the windows. The salesman said he would be at the install and did not show up either time they came to install. The project manager for our area was stand-offish and didnÂ’t listen to our issues. The windows are fine but these issues made the project a bit of a headache and left a bad taste in our mouth.
My only complication was having to contact Leaf Filter to take off the gutter guards and ran into trouble coordinating between both companies. Hanson's did a good job of communicating quickly by phone and gave good customer service. My new roof looks great!
So far so good!
They keep you informed every step of the job from assigning a sales person to clean-up of the site.
