The workers were on time and pleasant to deal with. They answered all our questions and were friendly and professional. They cleaned up everything afterwards and the windows look great.

New top of the line windows, gutters, and trim installed but way overpriced. Unfortunately contacted by Paramount representative prior to install (who was unaware that job was already PAID IN FULL) and told that my quote was "very STEEPE" and that they could offer me a much better price this time. I guess she thought I had only gotten a quote and not actually pursued and closed on the job. Management back peddled for about two days but since they were paid, no money was discount and we were actually treated worse.
Thank you for your review. It is only through people like you who take the time to let us know things like this that we may correct them and continue to improve. Paramount's pricing is set in stone. We have a Published List Price (PLP) that we cannot go over. We've given refunds in the past when jobs are completed and come in under-measured or overcharged. I researched your information. Our representative came out on March 30, 2013. He gave you our Published List Price. Then we gave you a large price reduction/discount. We imagine this special offer was worked out with the General Manager of the Virginia Beach store while our representative was meeting with you. When you received the next call, they were unaware you had already purchased and unaware you had already gotten a discount. We apologize for our marketing representative not being informed. I have looked up all the number. Rest assured your pricing is in line with the other 49,000 customers we have in Virginia. We give over 1000 prices a month with over 50 Sales Representatives in the field. There has to be integrity in the pricing. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication and are glad to see that you were pleased with the quality of the product and workmanship. Respectfully, Ellen Bunnell Vice President of Administration
