Reviews
Write a Review250 dollars for an hour of work?! And the lady no called no showed twice to get the quote. Service tech was good.
While HandyPro does not charge an hourly rate, our calculated per hour charges couldn't be anywhere near this amount unless substantial materials costs were included in this total.
Repair was done to my liking. Joe was prompt and did a fine job.
Three day repair took almost a full month. Reasons: did not have proper equipment for installation, a scaffold plank; another job had to be finished; helper quit unexpectantly. Note: I had to call them to find when they would be back. I had to purchase all supplies and materials, not included in their quote. They do not clean up; was told this is the owners job and not included in bid. Make sure everything you want is in writing, including things like cleaning up and completion date guarantees. Bottom line, this company charges professional rates but delivers a below average performance.
Our estimates include materials as desired by the customer. Often customers choose to buy materials on their own to save money, and we accommodate them accordingly. This project experienced delays because the customer initially purchased the wrong siding and we had to wait for him to obtain the correct siding, as well as inclement weather. Another employee had our scaffold plank but we obtained it within hours, although I don't believe we used it. Cleanup is always included in all of our jobs. Our policy is to leave the premises as clean or cleaner than before.
we decided to go with the deck work instead of the window screens. Raymond did the deck build and it is going well and the work result is extremely professional.
Repair of exterior trim on home.. Workman was prompt, experienced, and did a great job.
The individual, Mr. Brown, is very nice and experienced.
Everything was first class!
Assembled patio set.
Jim was prompt, courteous and a good worker. He even took our old fan away so we wouldn't have to discard it.
the gentleman was out very soon the work was done around our schedule the work was perfect and the price was outstanding the other quote was a total crime over $400 more this gentleman is on the middleman side great work great price i love him and when i redo my bathrooms he's coming back !!!!!
