this guy charges way to much. tells you one price then tries to charge a different price

This job consisted of moving furniture, which we typically don't do since we employ carpenters who focus on home repairs and remodeling. The job took less time than estimated on the original quote so the craftsman lowered the price accordingly to our minimum charge. Our policy is that we never charge more than the original quote for the same scope of work, but we do charge less if possible.

Dry wall repair work quality was excellent. Price was a bit high. Workers were friendly and conscientious.

Guys did a fantastic job with the drywall repair to my ceiling. The only complaint I would have is I had to clean up some of the insulation/drywall when finished. But for the price and quality of work, I was more than willing to do that. I would definitely recommend them.
