Working with Rob and Handy Hands Home Services was a very good experience. He was prompt, communicated well, was polite and kept us apprised of the progress of the project. He also took extra effort to make our ceiling look good. I would recommend him and Handy Hands.

Broke a light fixture and thought I would not notice it. Robert actually stated that we both didn't see it. He removed it from the box it came in and installed it and tried to make it the manufacturers fault. The other work he did for me was fine but I would not recommend him to screw in a light bulb because if it broke he wouldn't admit it. Shame on you!

This light along with five other lights that were changed was just fine when it was installed. Customer approved, signed off, and paid then called over two weeks later with allegations light was broken by installer. We are working to have this removed as it is false information.

Robert from Handy Hands Home Repair has done 2 jobs at my house. He did great work in both cases. In the first job he did for us, he hanged a lamp on a sloped ceiling. That lamp needed to be at the same level with another lamp that has been previously hanged there. Because of the design of the lamp, he had to use additional hardware to be able to adjust its height. Robert and James, his helper, did a great job installing the light leveled with the other light and positioning it where I wanted it. They also removed a wire closet system and installed a wood closet instead. I got the closet parts at Home Depot, and Robert and James put them together and installed them. The result was fantastic! It is a lot more functional and better looking closet than before. Robert provides reasonable and unambiguous quotes (in the case of the closet he gave me a price for removing the old closet and fixing the holes on the wall, a price for painting the closet walls and a price for installing the new closet). Robert and James leave the area where they have worked clean, they area organized, respectful and reliable. I will definitely use their services in the future.
