The customer service was excellent. The contractor that they use to do the tiling does excellent work and is good to attention to detail. However, he sometimes forgets to call if he is running late or cannot make it on the schedule time.

The job was originally only going to take about 3 days, but so far it's going into 3 weeks. Part of is not their fault, but we have a tub that ended up being smaller than the standard. So they had so special order the tub.

Was able to do our impossible. Newly tiled tub surround and some bad advice led to our impossible of getting new bath faucet to fit the original fittings as previously told would work. H&H came to our resecue working in a smaller more confining space was able to remove the old fixture system and install our new faucet. We were truly satisfied and enjoy our new bath.
