Called 8am with broken, leaky hot water heater. They came out 10:15! Brought an AO Smith water heater. Worker was very good, courteous and quick.

At this time work has not begun (expect within 2 wks). I have contracted with H&H to do work. I am very familiar with their work having repiped my house. They are professional, courteous and responsive. Bill, the contractor who did drywall repair and cabinets, is a professional; knows his business and there is none better.

My husband was after a surgery and we wonted our new shower ASAP. H&H workers did consistently show up and finished the project early. Thanks a lot for this. When I paid for the work, they did not said that they will charge extras if I will pay with credit card. Customers need to know about this.

I hired them to replace a tub cartridge and a spout, and fix two leaks at under the sink shutoff valves. The leaks continued the next day and they had to come back and redo them. They still leaked a day later and they had to come for a third time and replace the shutoff valves. The whole job cost me $325. It wasn't worth the time or the money.

Really? 1.33 stars? We were called to fix a shower faucet. Fixed it. Can you fix the other one? Yes but that was the last part in stock, will get a new one in two days. She said ok do it. Ok. Can you fix the leak under the sink while you are here? Plastic parts, um, no. We can tomorrow with the right parts if that's ok. ok. Next day sink was fixed. The day after that when shower part came in we fixed it. I have to go my head hurts now. Bill
