The company was helpful.They came on Saturday.But the person came was different than the person I talked. The knowledge of the person attended the job was not adequate, and charge was very high.

The tech that did this job solved his problem when 2 other companies did not so I'm not sure why his knowledge is questioned. Same tech as 3 previous reviews. Price was higher than the phone quote as this was a very difficult to repair, high end product and was not disclosed over the phone. Bill

Bill (owner) was very patient and professional with answering our questions and helped us feel comfortable with the adjustments needed to our installation. The plumber showed up as scheduled and was very courteous. We are very happy with H&H Plumbing's service.
