Dave and his crew did a very good job.

Dave and his guys did a fabulous job transforming my house. They painted almost my entire house and the results were amazing. Very professional, reliable and great communication. Dave even followed up the next week to see if there was anything I found to where they would need to come back. I NEVER had anyone follow up on my other home projects to make sure I was satisfied! I would highly recommend them!

Dave is proffessional and knowledgeable. His team arrived on time each day. Repainted a few areas with another coat with no problems. Covered my belongings. Cleaned afterwards. I highly recommend!

We just bought a new construction home and went with HSB Properties due to experience and reviews posted. We communicated early on when we would need painters to start and were told that would not be a problem. We asked how long it would take for full empty home and were told 3 days. We asked since we were on time crunch with vacation scheduled. We even reminded them as time was getting closer to ensure there would be no issues. The day before we sent a text to make sure they were going to be there and were told they were behind and could not start until 3 days later. We took time off work to ensure we would be there even though I know they said it was not necessary for us to be home but we were not comfortable having complete strangers in our home without us there. They started work on a Saturday and it was finished on Thursday. Work overall we were disappointed in. We communicated early on that there were spots that were missed and we were told to put tape in areas where they needed to repaint. There were so many spots that we told them to just put second coat on walls. We left for a planned vacation and they finished while we were gone. Was not the original plan but we needed our house painted so we just went with it. When we returned home there were still spots that needed touch ups which they did come to fix. But now that we have had a chance to settle in and look throughout our home we see paint specks on our new floors. Like they did not use cloth to cover floors. We see our new white trim was re-painted in a different shade from original color. Overall, job just looks sloppy. Cut-ins do not even look professional especially near bottom trim. Definitely expected way better quality especially for what we paid. Brand new home with spotty paint job and some white trim with streaks of off-white color is what we have now. Nice guys but will not recommend for painting.

Before hiring make sure about how neat their work finished product would be. If work needs attention after they think it is done, give a time frame to have repairs done and without questioning the customers wants and complaining about it and not coming because of his schedule. When the work is finished do NOT use a blower to blow out flooring dust. The plaster dust went all over the newly painted walls, on all the surrounding items in the room. Make sure they use a drop cloth for items as well as floor. I cleaned all the latex and plaster stains on cement flooring which were many. He did do a nice work on the drywall taping and puttying and nice work on painting the two interior walls. I spent many hours cleaning up after the work done that could have been prevented by using a vacuum instead of blower and covering the flooring as well as items.
