Very friendly and professional. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, stairway, and hall painted. The job was done in 1.5 days and was very well done!! Will be having them back out to do another job.

Dave and his crew were friendly and professional. The painting looked great and everything was covered with plastic and tarps. Poor communication, shoddy workmanship, overall disappointing. There is not enough space to detail the frustration we went through. We have paint EVERYWHERE- on the floor, carpets, curtains, and the couches. While Dave is nice, he failed to deliver on things we hired him for. If you want things done in a timely manner, with a neat job, without having to continuously point out mistakes, this is not the service for you. Heed the other negative reviews. I read the negative reviews, thought, they are probably super uptight and picky. Turns our we share many of the same complaints. Our project had two parts, and we hired someone else for the second part, we could not wait to be done with HSB.

I was with the customer for three hours on Saturday doing touch-ups to their satisfaction. I checked around for any other issues and took care of anything I found. There was no mention of paint on anything the whole time and I did not see anything when looking around. I go out of my way to assure the satisfaction of our customers, as most of our other customers are very satisfied, but there are some that no matter how hard you try will not.

Very professional!! I hired them on Sunday night. They showed up at 7am on Monday and was completely done with Painting my 4 bedroom home and replacing all of the trimming and baseboards by Wednesday at noon. I would definitely recommend them!!!
