Chris owner of his family construction firm was a great person and great help throughout the entire process which proved to be much more extensive than originally thought. Chris made sure that proper procedures were being followed and we understood each step of the way what was needed and costs involved. I felt very comfortable working with Chris because you could sense he was a good person and really cared about his work and company. I highly recommend Koi construction for any of your homes needs. They do all kinds of work and do it well. My over all sense was these were good people and were cost conscience.

Working with KOI Build was easy and stress free. I found Chris, the owner, to be smart, creative, and personable. He came up with options and solutions for my new deck that were aesthetically pleasing and budget friendly . The crew that worked replacing my backyard deck worked beautifully, also contributing suggestions that brought my project to completion, also beautifully.l

The whole experience was excellent. Chris when to give us a bid. He was very knowledgeable. He told use about the triangle of stove, fridge and sink and flow. He suggested a long narrow window to replace the tile backsplash on an outside wall. It was a great idea. When sit at the new bar between the kitchen and the living room we look out into our backyard. Itâ s beautiful. The guys that did the work are extremely work oriented. They are constantly working. They were thorough, knowledgeable and open to our suggestions and requests. We wanted an additional can light no problem. They were great. They cleaned up every day before they left. They would tell use when they were going to arrive and what they planned to accomplish that day. I have old siding on the outside of my house. They matched it perfectly when eliminated a window. The price of the cabinets was a lot more reasonable the other bids and theyâ re beautiful. What I mentally pictured in my mind on how it would look and the ease of preparing meals in the new kitchen were so wrong. Itâ s at least 10 times better. It still has the same physical dimensions but how itâ s played out. It seems so much bigger. I highly recommend them for any project you need done

I hired Koi Construction to paint the interior of my house, install floors and lights in my kitchen. They were prompt, quick and clean. They took the time to cover all my furniture before painting. I had already chose the color flooring I wanted. But the owner Chris had suggested a different color. I went with his suggestion and Iâ m so happy I did. The color looks great! He also suggested adding more lights in my kitchen. Iâ m so glad I did. My kitchen had more dark spots than I realized. Now I can see everything! I will be hiring Koi Construction for future projects.

Hk Design threatened me and I did not fire the owner because it was a big project. I was polite in talking to Chris about my ceiling paint job and he blew up at me. I mean really. How do you hire someone else when you paid so much money to them. Yes, I see the 5 star reviews for this company, but the owner lied to me on many occasions with regards to his availability, and finishing what he had started. It got so bad where I wanted to call the cops on his shady practices. You have my money, fix the job and make it right, or give me my 200.00 that you say that will fix the job. I should not have to be this angry, and I should not have to leave a bad not here fir HK Design, but it's just aweful, just aweful.

Chris was amazing and working with us to get this done before the bad weather rolled in.

The owner personally came out and explained everything that they were going to do and the job was done expertly I would recommend this company over and over again!
