Item complete very well and debris clean up

Billing and receipting needs improvement.

Update: We came to a compromise and a good understanding. Its all taken care of now.

Mark was very attentive. There were some hiccups due to weather and crew but that was sorted out. The siding job ended up looking very nice.

Window trim and other small fixes were completed in 1 day. All messes were cleaned up appropriately. Everything looks good, including a bathroom wall patch that blends seamlessly! The only thing making this a 4/5 is that the contractors who came to actually do the job didn't seem to have the full list of items discussed with the primary poc we had the consult with prior to starting the work. I recommend taking notes on what is discussed, ensuring the invoice has all specific details, and then reviewing with the folks at the beginning of project to make sure all jobs are captured.

I would like to adjust a review I had posted a few days ago. I had a front door installed at my dad's house that was put in upside down. After I had posted the negative review I was contacted the next morning. Comes out there was an issue where the work order was missed. Problem was promptly taken care of. My father's door was fixed and correctly installed within 24 HR. Very happy with the work and the response to make things right.

Very easy to work with - did a great job with the work, used quality materials and finished within specifications.

Nice timely completion of job and met expectations.

Very happy with the results. My house looks great!

The team members were professional, work was completed within the timeframe given by the contractor. Any questions were explained, professionally and courteous. I really love the results.
