Needed to have motion security lights installed - linked to power sources. Thinking the job would go through the attic, Went through walls to electrical outlets. Plaster was broken however all was repaired. Only concern was that there was no tarps placed down to cover rugs. My tented elected to vacuum and clean up. JB was more then willing to clean up. JB was very punctual. Arrived sooner then appointment time. Work took 2 hours. He supplied both lights and provided pictures prior to that installation . Cost of job $450.00. All quotes were given over phone based on verbal description of job. Did get several quotes to get base line for job. Believed job was too small for visit. JB was only one who followed up and after seeing pictures of motion lights went with him. Yes would use him again.

I'm hesitant to use the web services to locate a tradesman, but I did so this time to locate someone in my area. Very responsive; arrived with his apprentice son when he said they would. Very polite and thorough. Discussed options, did the work on the spot, left everything clean and orderly as if nothing had been worked on. Price is per job. Very reasonable. I have other work for which I will be calling him back. Very pleased.
