    A good overall experience with the pro and his female helper who did a lot of the hard work. They fixed a series of fluorescent fixtures in my kitchen which turned out to be more complicated than first thought. The price was certainly fair for two people working from 8 am until noon.

    He did more than asked for and had to make extra trips to Home Depot so I would have the right stuff . Everything was clean, very pleasant I would hire him again, and would definitely call him for other project even if it wasnÂ’t for electrical , he can do just about anything my bathroom looks great. ItÂ’s amazing my lights are all working!

    Had an emergency the late afternoon before Thanksgiving -- the chain on my light fixture in the dining room wouldn't work and thus I could not turn on the lights. I called HBA and he came over within 20 minutes. It turned out that it was a bit more complicated than just the chain. B.J. went to Loew's and called us from there and said the part we needed was $45 but they had the exact same fixture for $99 and did we want a new one? So he brought us the new lamp/fan and put it together in about 10 minutes and installed it just as quickly. Saved our holiday!

    He was here on time and was very fast and efficient with the work he did. He truly knows his work. The only reason for the 4.5 is that when he worked in my bathroom, and even though I'd hung our bath rug over the shower door, he took it down and used it as his work area. Stepped on it, put his tools on it, so that I had to wash it before I could use it again. He also left his drill in one of my drawers squashing and soiling my belongings. I would hire him again but he needs to be more careful of people's belongings.

    He quickly provided an estimate and an explanation of necessary labor and materials to properly install a 240 volt outlet. Work quality was perfect and the price was fair. He earned a 5 star rating for a job well done.
