The gentleman came to the house and let my wife know exactly what we should do in order to keep our pool clean. We are first time pool owners. This worked out very well for us. We will probably be using them to close and open our pool. We will highly recommend O'Donnell Pools, Inc.

Paid over $120.00 and my pool still looks the same, said he'd come back to see how the pool looked after they did what they did, but never showed up. Had to go somewhere else to get the problem resolved. Will not use their services again.

This customer was advised to empty pool because he used bacquisil and chlorine at the same time to clear pool this is a big no no nothing on the market will clear this pool up i advised customer that we would be glad to empty pool for him all he had to do was call me and scedhule

For a company that claimed to be a pool service company, they did not have supplies of any kind. Every time a part was needed, I had to find name and model myself and then make the purchase, which also meant several returns by them to my home. To date, they have been to my house four times and the work still isn't complete and I have gone five days with my jacuzzi have empty and I have been told that they "might" be back Monday or Tuesday. My request for service with ServiceMagic requested a company that could explain the operation of my pool (b/c I lost my husband four weeks ago and he did all the pool operation). There is more.

Very professional, very nice, showed up on time. We are very happy and he is doing more work for us in repairing tiles on our gunite pool.
