They arrive on schedule. They clean and maintain the pool to perfection. I had a problem at the beginning of the season that was hard to diagnose. They came numerous times but did not charge until they fixed the problem, The workers are courteous and answer any and all questions as they arise. I wish I had hire this company years ago.

My pool is ruined, they tore the liner and refuse to answer our calls after they said they would be by, they kept trying to tell me my husband said that they were to come by every week for 75 bucks a hit to vacum it, its a gd above ground pool! Disgusting and I will be filing in small claims court.

Guys came cleaned my pool next day there was dirt . They were friendly and helpful. Said if I had problems to call back I did and the owner Jim was very rude and unpleasant I've found another company

I have dealt with another pool company for the past couple of years and they are a week late on the closing of my pool, O'Donnell Pools was able to come to me on the same day that I called. Fantastic Service.

For the money, I have seen a little better service provided. Their hurry-up mentality and lack of pool timer/electrical panal knowledge did not help when they were trying to get the filter pump running. My wife had to call me at work in order to ask me how they turn on the pump, which last for about 20 minutes of chaos.
