"Claudio came in and checked out the job,I gave him color schemes for each room,This was a huge job,it was an entire new home,Each room being a diffrent shade,it also had a unique ceiling in the middle of the house it did a great job in doing I asked. I also at the end of the job my fussy fussy contracter asked him to finish the cabinets which he did.I also had him paint my front door and and trim and after doing the entire house he stayed and finished it. Good guy!!!"

"I had ice dam damage in a bathroom wall. I needed the wall and insulation replaced. American Construction first covered the work area so as to minimize dust and dirt, including laying down a roll of paper to the front door to act as a matt. Then they set to work. The job was very professional and clean. I was very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them."

"Bobby was incredibly professional, and did wonderful work. I had a shed that was sagging and had rotted wood. He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"

I’m so glad I went with rau and sons. They not only replaced my porch with a safer and more appealing porch but all in all the work that was done is a1. My family and I were treated wonderfully during the job and they even stayed late in the beginning to make sure we had safe access into our home for our child and dogs. Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Miles above the window brand quotes which are ridiculous. Would strongly recommend if you need any window repairs!!!"

"Wilmer and his employees are the nicest guys you would ever want in your home. I have had Wilmer numerous time for many projects. He is extremely reliable and hard worker. Every project we have had done we were beyond satisficed. Prices are very reasonable. He has put a fence up, Gazebo, built by porch stairs and railings. He has also done work inside my home. He install a closet door and many odd jobs. Their clean up is like no other. Nothing is every left behind. Well worth the hire. Great Guys"
