Write a ReviewWorst experience I can imagine. Came on my property without permission when they were told not to. Worst customer service. I have never been so disappointed as to the unprofessional attitude of the owner that their schedule is the only one that matters. Really has no idea how to keep a customer not dissatisfied let only satisfied. Was rude, could not follow directions about scheduling and was disrespectful about inconveniencing the home owner. Avoid. If I could no stars I would.
This customer is on our Maintenance Program Contract for 2x a year and canceled the first time we were scheduled to come out for her routine cleaning. The next time we were scheduled to go out she was notified on 02/20/2026 and was left voicemail at 10:00am regarding cleaning for on 02/21/2026. That we would NEED to hear from her by 1pm BECAUSE THE OFFICE IS CLOSING FOR THE WEEKEND on if there was an issue going out otherwise, we will be out as scheduled on 02/21/2026. Also texted her on 02/20/2026 at 9:50am: We are scheduled for your Late Fall Gutter Cleaning tomorrow 02/21/2026. Any questions please call the office at 203-316-8526. No one needs to be home for service. Customer never called on 02/20/2026. Customer sent text to the office at 12:38 to the office on 02/21/2026 (Saturday the following morning when the OFFICE IS CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND and the techs ): "We have someone just coming out of the hospital and our dog will bark and disturb his rest. Just saw this I've the hospital" Techs arrived at her home at 1:02pm (per our GPS tracker on our vehicles) and completed service at 1:36pm (we have photos of this service completed). Customer spoke with the owner on 02/21/2026 after the techs finished the service and had already left. Customer stated they told us not to come, and owner said he checked the voicemails and the emails and there was nothing left by her. We serviced the home as "HER"contract states and we provided service. The customer was yelling and very rude on the phone and it was decided at that moment by the owner that we would part ways with her moving forward since this was not the first time, we had issues with this customer. The invoice for this customer is late and is unpaid for the service provided to her for that day even after sending reminders. If you look at our reviews, they STAND for themselves and WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE like this before.
