Alan created a pleasant client and contractor working relationship, that made it easy for the planning stages which required patiently waiting for the approval of our HOA. Alan was able to design and execute a beautiful new deck and fence within in our stated budget, I feel blessed to have found a contractor who not only does quality work on time and on budget, he also does not quit until his client is completely satisfied. We had to tweak a few fence areas due to the small size of our dogs, and Alan worked tirelessly until all issues were solved. We will hire him for any future projects.

On time, on budget and does quality work

Alan did an outstanding job installing two windows, we also had him install new quarter round in five rooms,install beaboard panels in our kitchen, and make some repairs around our front door. His workmanship was excellent and we would highly recommend his work. We plan to have him back for any future work projects at our house.

Alan, was great !! completed job in only a few days.. Hauled away all the old materials. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great job at a fair price.

Professional. Did the work as scheduled: date, time. Alan replaced outside corner support beam for overhang of front porch. Very pleased. I have other projects for next spring early summer that I will be calling Alan to do for me
