The wait time was too long.

Due to the special order and manufacturer customization needed to match your partial window replacement to match up with an existing archtop window unit, their was a much longer manufacturer wait time than normal. Great crew. They worked well together, cleaned up the job site well. Joe, Paul, Rick, and Jeff were personable, approachable, and took time to explain items and answer questions. They responded well to our requests. As with any person and any job a few mistakes were made and the crew was VERY quick to correct them and didn't try to "run" from them or cover them up. The project start to completion took longer than expected. The bottom line is that we are extremely happy we went with Guardian and we would re-hire them for our next project.
