Mrs. Virginia, We quoted you 2 pallets of stone installed in a retaining wall formation and i advised you that if we did around the front beds the front trees would need more stone...you authorized the extra work...we even came out on a Saturday to plant your plants in the rain...plants you didn't pay for until the finished job...my crew worked hard for you and the job looked great when completed...I'm sorry you feel otherwise

Communication at the start with the managers was poor. Twice they said they were going to show up on a specific day, I confirmed with them the day before, but they never showed up. Against my better judgment, i didn't cancel the work. Initial work quality was good, but after the first couple of days, they started cutting corners. I paid extra to have fertilizer spread under the sod prior to installation and there were large portions of the lawn they didn't do this even after i pointed this out to the managers. Broke several sprinklers and never repaired like they said they would. I needed to hire someone else to repair after they never returned to repair. They guaranteed a six month warranty on the sod, but when the sod they installed on portions of the lawn was clearly dead, they never returned to fix the issue. I spoke with the owner several times who promised he would come out and fix the issues but its been two months and despite my reminding them, they have failed to resolve the issues.

Poor communication, not following through, incomplete work, and bad estimates/ overrun with budget.

Greenway responded to my request through HomeAdvisor very quickly and set up an estimate appointment for the next morning. They arrived about an hour and a half late, but were competent and professional. We were on a time crunch, and Greenway was able to execute the refresh of our flower beds that same week. The work was executed well and on time. After they left, I realized I needed a receipt. Multiple calls and texts over the next two weeks yielded no response whatsoever. While the work was well done, this complete lack of response soured me on the company. I would not hire them again as a result.

I do apologize for any inconvenience...when I gave your wife the estimate there was a bad connection do to lack of internet so I could send estimate or receipt...I tried several times to send it...we will gladly go by and drop one off...again we are sorry for not issuing a receipt Thank you very much for your business.

After missing 3 appointments and cutting the wrong tree, arrived last night at 8:30 to complete work using a phone light. The tree is hacked badly. Their service is overpriced and customer courtesy is forgotten. I wold not recommend this service...back to Angie's List.

Hello mr carl...i did trim your trees and i did cut some branches back from your neighbors tree that was overhanging your yard...my price was fair and your trees looked great...i do admit that my crew forgot to cut some branches from your neighbors cypress tree and i did return a little later than normal to get it done...you paid in full only when we finished the job sir...i apologized for the inconvenience and even went back and cut some more off as you asked us to...regardless thank you for allowing us to get your trees trimmed
