It depends on which service tech you get. Some are thorough, and sometimes I need to call in a redo.

Fast thorough service, cleared the yellow jackets completely. Treated the rest of the exterior. Very friendly and went above and beyond to clear the debris that I had left, which created the space for the yellow jackets to nest.

Supposedly came and sprayed once per month but the techs would only be on site for a few minutes when they were spraying an acre of land. I personally watched one tech on my ring camera sit in his truck for 10 minutes upon arrival then walked around my house just to return 3 minutes later, packed. his stuff up and left. No way he sprayed even a little of my property that fast. Fleas and ticks were the worst we had ever had after we switched to Greenix. I believe it is because we were ripped off and they never acctually sprayed my yard after seeing the tech on video. My wife even called and had them redo the yard as they say they will do and it never helped. I know this sounds like a terrible review but it is 100% our experience with Greenix. Were were even supposed to have our last spray of our long, expensive contract and the guy never showed up. If we didn't keep texting the guy I'm sure he would say it was done and charge us even though he didn't show up.
