Great Choice Cleaning

Have been using the service on our primary home and needed condo cleaned before listing on the market. The condo was empty. Mop boards not done, corners in bathroom not well and window sills not done due to being listed completed ourselves. 2 Boxes of garbage bags were taken (which falls in line at our primary residence full rolls of paper towel are taken unless placed in closet even after confirming no supplies are needed). When I contacted them they basically stated it was someone else no one else was in the condo. To top it off, I was told if I didn't pay she new the law in VA and would put a lien on the property. What a joke I never stated I wouldn't pay just no longer using their service due to a trust issue have the texts to prove it. I don't feel I could trust what they may take next and no longer use the service.

Advertises that they will clean all interior windows. Only cleaned windows in 2 of 8 rooms. When I followed-up with the manager they said their cleaners said my windows were not the typical surface?? and that I did not have the right cleaning material and that I needed to provide next visit. On this first visit provided them with windex, and Lowes' vinegar and water solution for the windows + full roll of Bounty paper towels so they just chose not to clean them. They also walked off with my papertowels that they never used. I had to ask them to send someone back to fix but they would only do that if I continued using the service. I told I did not intend to use them again and that I trusted they would do the right thing and send someone regardless of what my future intentions were. Never heard from them again.

This was the first cleaning, I think they did a great job,exactly what I was looking for.

The ladies were professional, very pleasant...and smiled! I could tell they enjoyed what they did...it was obvious by the way my home looked afterwards. Their attention to details was quite noticeable. I cannot wait for them to come back next month!

They are very friendly and leave the house sparkling clean. I have all wood floors and they do an excellent job getting these clean. I also have dogs and they do not mind working around them. My house is cleaned every other week and they have been doing this for about 2 years.
