Eric Gooshaw and his partner constructed a 10?x10? wooden deck, and a new entry door at the rear of my 2nd floor Condo, an old brick building? they did a super-excellent job; they also secured the required building permits? couldn?t be happier with the results.

We wanted to add a master bathroom to our bedroom I was skeptical mostly of the plumbing due to the location first contractor came appeared confident to do the job within budget then ghosted. Eric responded and met with us reviewed the project scope and budget came back with his partner John devised the plan and they handled everything from there with permits and all materials involved. They were courteous and professional and nd result was great!

I had several projects I needed completed. Gooshaw Construction responded to my Anji inquiry regarding a bathroom remodel. We made appt. within days to meet and explain what I wanted. They showed up exactly as set up and listened to exactly what I wanted. Long story short bathroom remodel, kitchen and foyer upgrade, new fencing, deck powered washed and painted later I can whole heartedly endorse Gooshaw Construction. At each stage i was presented with a complete quote including pricing and timeline. In all phases they completely followed as agreed and with an eye for detail and integrity. I highly recommend.

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!!! Eric is a true craftsman. Not only did he successfully execute our vision for our bathroom remodel, he did it to perfection. He was friendly, clean and courteous. He went above and beyond - and even directly contacted our shower door company for us to ensure everything was flawless. His assistant John was also fantastic, the two together made quite a team. Eric is fantastic! His work was impeccable. He communicated well about the project, collaborating with me along the way so the project turned out exactly how I wanted. He was reliable, thorough and a pleasure to have around the house during an extended construction.. He readily helped with other odds and ends that I added to along the way. Eric is a talented carpenter and seems to be able to do it all while with a positive energy.
