  Comment: I bought a townhouse that a heavy smoker lived in. It reeks, and my understanding is that to guarantee the smell is gone, I pretty much need to replace everything. So I need about 5500 square feet of sheetrock removed, along with whatever insulation is in the walls. Reinsulate, hang sheetrock, tape and prime. The living room with a cathedral ceiling will also need to be painted, and a new ceiling light installed. Depending on the cost, I may want you to install a new kitchen.
