Marty was prompt to reach out and to respond. He was able to do the job quickly and was very accommodating. We hired him to clean our couch, which looked brand new when he was done. The only reason he did not get five stars all around is the main reason we wanted the couch cleaned was to get the smell of cat urine out. He did communicate that this is hard to do, however, he did not unzip the covers and soak/clean the inner layers, which left the cat urine smell. He did respond when I reached out to let him know about the remaining smell, and even offered a list of products we could buy and how to best use them, which was appreciated. Again he is very communicative and accommodating and would be great for anyone looking for services up other than the difficult removal of cat urine smell.

Marty was on time, efficient and thorough. He answered all my questions and gave me some helpful tips.
