Reviews
Write a ReviewEstimate was at the higher end of those I received but in the end, turned out to be a better value for the money as this company also replaced damaged materials that escaped the eyes and estimates of the others. There were no surprises or cost overruns after the work was completed. They were relatively easy to communicate with, were on schedule, efficient and performed quality work with quality materials. Workmen were in & out and cleaned up like they were never there. I also appreciated the follow-up visit to ensure my satisfaction and answer a few questions I thought of after the fact. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future should the need arise.

Prompt, courteous, good pricing and fast to act and complete the job. No better repair company in the east valley.

The price was not to bad about 1500.00 more than the avg is. They covered right over the inlet for the swamp cooler, so I will have to pay to have it cut open by the AC guy. The fascia was not replaced in area with dry rot. Plywood seem pretty wavy in some ares.
When we completed this job the customer refused to pay the final payment as they said because it says patio on the contract that we should also replace his awning. I told him we do not do awnings and the contract specifically states we will replace the angled shingle patio--- No awning. He also said he had some questions about wood. I told him I would have Manuel contact him about the wood but that we would not replace the awning and that I would try to locate an awning company that could help him. Manuel contacted the customer multiple times but we were unable to reach him for several months. We finally were able to get a hold of him by email 3 months later once I said we would file a lien unless we received the final payment. He never once complained about any wood aside form that he mentioned he had some questions at the end of the job but we were unable to speak to him by phone after that as he would not answer the phone or call back. The info about the swamp cooler doesn't make sense either as if there is a swamp cooler up there there is no way to roof over it, and if there is just the opening for a swamp cooler, but no swamp cooler this area has to be roofed over as it would be exposed. This customer never once complained about any issue about a swamp cooler as I have looked through all of the emails and notes we have from this customer. If any customer has any questions or concerns about any work we have performed, we gladly make an appointment for Manuel to come out and do an inspection and take care of any items that need to be addressed. This customer never once let us know there was any kind of concern about anything, he simply refused to answer the phone or contact us and refused to pay the final bill until we said we would file a lien after we waited 3 months for the payment. Once that happened, he paid the final payment.
Two men were sent to look at my small patch of raised shingles as per Diane's instructions ad place a tarp over the area. I was in Ohio when they came and they told my daughter no tarp was needed. Two days later a huge monsoon rain hit us and there was some minor leakage that a tarp could have prevented. My only suggestion was that they use a bin to collect the old roofing, other wise they did a fine job. The individual that came to check the minor damage informed me there was more extensive repair that really needed to be taken care of. He produced a picture of the roof and the bad area outlined in red. Overall I was quite satisfied with the work and the warranty that was provided.

Manuel knows his business. German roofing delivers quality work for a fraction of the cost. I've had quotes from 3000 - 16000 and had real reservations what to do in this case. I've met Manuel personally before making up my mind which company to use to repair our metal awning roof on our Arizona room. He suggested we put a foam roof to repair this and what a great job! Glad we went with German roofing! These guys know their roofing business.

The owner is involved and approachable for any questions and concerns. He takes action to double check the work, and is totally reasonable. This repair covered approximately 20% of the roof. If and when the rest needs to be done, I'll be calling Manual at German Roofing for the job. Patricia

They were very good and cleaned up reasonably. I would have advise that they use a bin next time, otherwise very professional job done.

Affordable, knowledgeable and professional

Just needed a shingle reattached. Job was too small for other businesses to even respond to request for repair. Guess who will receive the call if I ever have a major roofing job?
