As Mr. Martin performed these tasks, his professionalism has been exceptional. He has been careful to discuss with me his ideas about how he would approach each restorative building task. He has always invited my input. He has been very good at drawing architectural plans, discussing them with me in detail and providing cost estimates for individual projects. He has been faithful about making an agreement between the two of us regarding the goals to be accomplished and the costs for services provided. I have asked Mr. Martin, to use certified plumbers, electricians and other necessary renovation professionals when needed. He has assured me that he has complied. I have a deep appreciation for the workmanship, care and respect Mr. Martin shows for my property and the quality of work he has committed to all of the tasks he has performed. If and when a delay was necessary, Mr. Martin respectfully promptly called or texted to inform me.

Gerald was wonderful to work with. He made sure to stick within our budget and was timely. Everything was as he said it would be. He also worked to find solutions to some of the repairs that we didn’t expect. I would definitely use his services again and wish I would have found him sooner!
