Workers were very professional. The job was done in a timely manner. The only area I'd give a lower rating in would be the initial scheduling. The job was postponed twice and communication during that time was not very clear.

Other than a delay because of Barry's marriage, we were exceptionally pleased with the work.

They did what I asked of them

Even though they adverstise mainly landscaping, I hired Gensis Group, LLC. for a basement addition of a bedroom and bathroom. I was very pleased with the outcome and the time it took them to finish. They finished one week ahead of schedule. The only negative that I would sat is I never knew when someone was going to be here to work or not. Fortunately being a stay at home mom, my schedule was pretty flexible and when I wasn't home the contractors were flexible with me. Also, out of the 4 estimates I received, their price was very reasonable. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and outcome.

Great work on block wall, sod installation and sprinkler installation and configuration was perfect. Would highly recommend. Had a dying area and it was replaced promptly.

The project looks good however, there was some problem getting some of the products so it has taken longer than I expected. In all fairness, I did not ask the contractor how long it would take, but there were times work was not being done as workers were waiting for deliveries.

I am very satisfied with Genesis Group. My home is 111 years old and because of that it is a challenge to make any improvments. Barry and his group did an excellant job on my deck and sod. I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Genesis Group. Well done !
