Outstanding! Beautiful remodeling to refinish my basement and done in a timely fashion. Made time for me while busy on other projects. Frequent communication. Even came back to help me with a slight problem 6MONTHS after the project was completed! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!! I have received nothing but great compliments on the results of the work!!!!! Love Genesis!

Unorganized, complained didnt make any money on the project, allot of backbiting. In the end everything came out ok, except the railing, what a poor job had to re paint. Barry Aho has no personality, and never asked if we were happy with the job they did. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I was very disappointed to hear of this review. I have tried to contact this customer to discuss her disatisfaction. I was not made aware of any of these problems until I recieved this review 6 months after project completion. My project manager was in frequent contact with the homeowner throughout and was never informed of their dissatisfaction either.

This project has been in the design and planning stages for a completion date approx in the March/April 2010 time frame. Barry has been great during the phase we are in now. We communicate, confer, debate, and discuss the possibilities so that a final plan will be drawn up, and a cost assigned to the project.
