Better communication with customer and input on design before work is actually done would be the only improvement I would have.

Project not totally completed at this time, however I am completely satisfied with the work to date.

Gary's team is very detail oriented and flexible to take care of any last minute additions or changes you would like to make to the job. Gary's help developing our ideas was envaluable. Very good value for work that was done.

Working with Gary and his team, Dave and Sean was a pleasure. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about all of the details of my bathroom remodel. They made great suggestions and also helped with choosing the right tile for my bathroom. I am very delighted with the finished product. I have recommended to my friends. Thanks for everything.

Great work at a great price! Work was subcontracted out to Ed and Charlie who did a great job completely gutting old master bath and replacing with free standing tub, frameless shower, vanities, toilet, bath fans, etc. Also had 2 new velux skylights placed. I was always told what was done and what was to be completed the next day. The only thing that took longer than expected was the frameless shower door, but was well worth the wait!

The crew that did the work was very professional and treated it like it was their own bathroom. I was told exactly what was going on with no guessing. They also worked quickly which was helpful since I was concerned with their finishing before the holidays. I would recommend them to anyone needing something done.

Gary and his crew were professional, highly skilled and listened to and followed through with exactly what I wanted for this remodel. It was a complete gut to the studs. My bathroom is beautiful; it was well worth the money. They cleaned up after themselves each day and were courteous in all of our interactions. I will use them on future projects, no doubt!
