Responded to my inquiry quickly and had Luther (the best!) out to the house the same day at the time promised. Luther took a first crack at fixing the problem but it reappeared after he left. The next morning I called and left a voice mail at 7 a.m. I got a call back within a half hour and Luther was back by noon. Three hours later he had done the work necessary to solve the original problem (my wiring was pretty screwed up), as well as a couple of other electrical and telephone wiring issues. Best of all, today I received an invoice that was below what I had expected. Best electrician I have ever hired!

Jimmie knew within just a few minutes what was wrong with my alarm system. It's beyond me why previous repair persons couldn't recognize it so quickly and instead spent a bunch of time fixing something else (or indeed causing the problem Jimmie needed to fix). In any case Jimmie was very professional, fast, on-time, and knows his stuff.
